Purpose To Be Strange
Purpose to be strange and implement change
Tear down the thick walls of complacency
By God’s power, push forth the newness of life
Remove the cobwebs of tradition with urgency
Purpose to be strange and implement change
Expect to be snubbed by the status quo
Christ wasn’t always the favorite among man
His calling, they didn’t perceive or care to know
Purpose to be strange and implement change
Bearing the fruits of holiness set you apart
Let the Father’s brush color your life with love
In God’s gallery, you will be a true work of art
Harvest Time
For abandoning your will to accept Mine
Drinking the cup of sorrow rather than sweet wine
Forsaking worldly pleasure for the glory of the Son
With much joy I say unto you, “Well done”
Because you suffered to give others relief
Enduring the abuse while sharing your belief
Weary and worn, this race you did run
With much pride I say unto you, “Well done”
Now enjoy the fruits of your labor
Receive the best from the hands of the Savior
The time of harvest has now fully come
With much love I say unto you, “Well done”
